Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Easy 7-Day Returns & Exchanges

We want every young girl to look and feel beautiful in her Ayushi Trends outfit. If an item doesn't fit or has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

• The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original brand tags, decorative accessories, and original packaging must be intact.

3. Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order directly from the app anytime before it is dispatched. Once cancelled, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded immediately.

4. Refund Timelines

• Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Refund is initiated upon quality verification and credited to the original payment source within 3–5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund is processed via UPI or direct bank transfer (NEFT) to the customer's provided bank details within 5–7 business days.
